1. Chocolate “Liquid Sex” Mead
   • Racked over 5/14/2007 first time off of fine lees
   • Added one campden tablet
   • One gallon batch
   • Not clear yet; allow one month before additional action required
   • 5/20/2007 - Still not clear (as expected.)  There is a light foam on top which I’ve not seen on any other wine I’ve made before.  I do know it is not mold.  Perhaps it is a byproduct of fermenting with the chocolate in there???  A light bed of lees has formed.  Continue waiting.
   • 6/27/2007 - Still not clear.  Going to SuperKleer it soon, along with some others that could stand a polish.
2. Maple “Wine”
   • Started 8/06; 2 one gallon batches (initial batch already bottled)
   • Added one campden tablet
   • Second batch racked 2nd time off fine lees 5/14/2007
   • Allow 3 months before additional action required
   • 6/27/2007 - Going to SuperKleer to polish.  Still crystal clear with no lees.
3. Dandelion Wine
   • Currently in secondary
   • Still slight visible fermentation
   • Check S.G. on or about 5/23/2007 - ALMOST DRY
   • Racked over to a new one gallon jug.  Needs to clear.  Check back about 6/29/2007.
   • 6/27/2007 - Still not clear.  I am going to add SuperKleer very soon and see what happens.  Perhaps I am rushing things a little?
4. Welch’s Wine from White Grape and White Grape Raspberry

5. Mr. Beer Raspberry Wheat
   • I know, I know…  Evil Mr. Beer!  I had some stuff left over so might as well give it a try, eh!  In primary starting 5/30/2007.
   • 6/27/2007 - Believe it or not….  This beer isn’t that bad!  Definately raspberry in flavor… Very light and crisp with no overly off flavors.  The wife likes it…  I couldn’t drink it everyday but all in all, for what is was, it works OK!
