Yes, I could the myriad reasons I haven’t been on, but alas, they shant matter.  I am going to do my best in keeping things updated starting now…  A new year; what better time for change, eh?  Most of my ongoing wines are still ongoing, that is to say, they are not bottled, but still bulk aging.  I just recently made and ottled the Chocolate Raspberry port, and will be bottling a French Chardonnay quite soon.  I’ll be sure to update my What’s Brewing Now link very soon…  STAY TUNED!
